I am Kelly, a nutritionist, in school to become a Food Scientist. I was an Executive Chef and in the food industry for many years, so I am knowledgeable on the "behind the scenes" ingredients and actions restaurants use.
I love the reaction people have to their first bite of flavorful food. This,
combined with my desire to help people become the healthiest version of
themselves, is what inspired me to create a place where people can not
only learn about how to become healthier, but also be able to cook
flavorful, healthy meals for themselves and their families.
On my journey, I have also come to realize how many chemicals and artificial products we put on and in our bodies on a daily basis. For this reason, I have also made it a mission to seek out the best natural products for everyday consumption. I have enjoyed the process of learning how to make these new products or recipes and love sharing them with you when I come across them or am able to create them.
